Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age under 18 years. - Both sexes. - Patients who underwent laparoscopy-assisted percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy or percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy with abnormal anatomy, neurological illnesses characterized by the inability to swallow, or dysphagia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Children who underwent open gastrostomy had normal anatomy and no previous history of abdominal surgery or neurological illness.
