Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Diagnosed with IBS according to Rome IV criteria • Stable medical treatment for =4 weeks • Ability to understand and complete questionnaires
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Inflammatory bowel disease or gastrointestinal malignancy • Recent abdominal surgery (<6 months) • Severe neurological or psychiatric disorders • Other conditions affecting bowel function
