Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All T2DM patients age = 18yrs who have been receiving the routine care for = 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with diabetic emergency who may be unconscious 2) Pregnant women due to induced glucose metabolism 3) Mentally ill May not give reliable information as in dementia
