Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children with -adenoid causing nasal obstruction and eustachian tube obstruction -OME failed to respond to one month of conventional medical treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -cases with clinically evident underlying cause of ET obstruction other than adenoid as allergic rhinitis or sinonasal pathology -patients with recurrent adenoid and recurrent OME -middle ear effusion other than glue
