Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients aged from 18 to 65 years old patients who agree to participate in the study written informed conscent was done

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: autoimmune diseases cerebrovascular conditions, chronic infections, cancer, a history of radiation or chemotherapy, radicular neuropathy, long-term liver or renal disease, substance or alcohol addiction, and physical or mental impairments

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
to evaluate how BBS-based balance training affects DPN patients' clinical neuropathy symptoms, neuropathic pain, balance and nerve function.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
potential integration into rehabilitation programs to enhance patient outcomes and improve DPN patient’s quality of life.
