Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all booked pregnant women at high risk of preeclampsia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: all pregnant women at gestation ages 33weeks all pregnant women with gestational hypertension or preeclampsia in the index pregnancy all pregnant women with allergy or contraindication to aspirin or calcium all pregnant women who do not consent to the study
