Interventions

Standard intraoperative management during the index cesarean section

Intraoperative bladder filling with 200 mL normal saline via Foley catheter during placenta accreta

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with prenatally diagnosed placenta accreta spectrum (placenta accreta, increta, or percreta) based on multimodal imaging (obstetric ultrasound with color Doppler ± MRI when indicated). Planned cesarean delivery for placenta accreta spectrum at Minia Maternity and Children University Hospital. AGE FROM 19 YEARS TO 44 YEARS Ability and willingness to provide written informed consent to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known hepatic impairment. Known renal impairment. Coagulation disorders. Spontaneous placental separation before the planned PAS surgery. Refusal to participate or inability to provide written informed consent.
