Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Suprabony pockets with probing pocket depths = 6 mm and CAL = 5 mm. - Medically free Patients. - Patients capable of maintaining proper oral hygiene and attending follow-up appointments. - Single-rooted teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Any complicated bone loss patterns, such as vertical bone defects. - Pregnant and lactating. - Smoker patients. - Patients with traumatic occlusion, unless they have received appropriate treatment. - Presence of gingival recession. - Patients who have taken antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, anticonvulsants, or immunosuppressive medications in the past three months - Patients who have had any other periodontal procedures within the last six months.
