Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Children aged 0–23 months residing in the selected urban slums of Lagos State. Primary caregivers (parents or guardians) aged 18 years or older responsible for child immunization decisions. Residents of the selected slum community for at least six months prior to baseline. Willingness to participate and ability to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: **Exclusion Criteria:** 1. Children with severe congenital conditions or medical contraindications to vaccination. 2. Temporary residents (less than six months) or individuals planning to relocate within six months. 3. Caregivers who decline or are unable to provide informed consent, or who are directly involved in immunization service provision (e.g., vaccinators or health workers). 4. Caregivers of children older than 23 months.
