Immediate implant placement simultaneously with hydrogel loaded with NanoBone
Immediate implant placement without using the hydrogel loaded with NanoBone.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of both sexes who have one or more hopeless anterior maxillary teeth. 2. Patients who are classified as type 1 extraction socket with a jumping gap of 2 mm or more. 3. Patients aged between 20 to 40 years. 4. Patients with good oral hygiene and acceptable vertical space of not less than 7mm for restoration (39).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous alveolar ridge reconstruction or any pathological condition at the surgery site. 2. Medically compromised patients with immune diseases, blood-clotting disorders, or uncontrolled diabetes. 3. Patients with poor oral hygiene, including heavy smokers (42), alcohol or drug abuse, and parafunctional habits. 4. Patients with conditions affecting bone metabolism and turnover, such as osteoporosis and osteopetrosis. 5. Patients who are classified as ASA III.
