Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years: The patient must be an adult (eligible) Emergency type RTI or OB: The presenting emergency must be a Road Traffic Injury (RTI) or an Obstetric (OB) emergency (emergency_type = 1 or 2). First presentation for this emergency: The patient must be presenting for the first time for this specific incident (first_presentation = 1). Conscious and/or has a representative (Care taker): The patient must be conscious to provide consent, or a legal representative must be available
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 years (All children less than 18 years will be excluded) Emergency type is not a Road Traffic Injury (RTI) or Obstetric (OB) emergency Not the first presentation for this specific emergency incident Patient is unconscious AND has no available legal representative to provide informed consent
