Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes aged 40 to 65 years. Their treatment had to be stable for at least 3 months consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 Diabetics or any other type of diabetes, Pregnant or breastfeeding women, Patients with progressive neoplasia or ongoing cancer treatment. Patients who have received antibiotic or probiotic treatment in the last 3 months patients with chronic inflammatory or autoimmune diseases

to evaluate the effect of probiotic supplementation on the metabolic balance glycemia fasting HbA1c and lipidic profile

MeasureTime frame
to evaluate the effect of probiotic supplementation on mental health of patients with type 2 diabetes.
