Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants <12 months with stone(s) confirmed by ultrasound or other imaging studies, presented to pediatric nephrology or urology clinics or departments during this period and can complete follow up for at least 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Associated urological congenital anomalies Patients unfit for surgery Chronic kidney disease patients

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Characterize demographic, clinical, biochemical, radiological, and stone composition profiles of infants <1 year with urolithiasis.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Identify metabolic risk factors and most common type of urological stone in infants below than 1 year. • Evaluate the different methods of operative management out comes : complete resolution, recurrence, and interventions efficacy and complications.
