Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Thirty patients with unilateral cervical radiculopathy due to disc prolapse at the level of C5 - C6 or C6 - C7. 2. Age ranges from 35 to 50 years (Anwar S. et al. 2022). 3. Patients were from both sexes. 4. The presence of sensory changes as pain and paresthesia (numbness, tingling, burning) in the upper extremity. 5. Pain severity should be moderate or severe. 6. Reporting a minimum pain score of 4 on a 10-point numerical rating scale ( NRS). 7. Duration of pain ranges from (3-12) months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic patients. 2. Patients with myelopathy, peripheral neuropathy or entrapment syndrome. 3. Previous cervical or shoulder surgery. 4. Fracture of the bones of upper extremity. 5. Major neurological condition (e.g., stroke, multiple sclerosis, Epilepsy, Meningitis, and Brain tumor). 6. chronic lung disease.
