Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Adults (18–65 years) with Type 1 diabetes • Followed for at least six months • Informed consent obtained • Access to an internet-enabled device (smartphone, PC)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • No internet access • Comorbidities requiring specific dietary restrictions (e.g., chronic kidney disease, celiac disease, IBD) • Pregnant diabetic women • Patients who previously participated in a structured therapeutic education cycle

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life related to diabetes will be assessed using the validated Arabic version of the Diabetes Health Profile 18 (DHP18) questionnaire, which includes nine diet-related questions.
