Inclusion criteria: Male patients less than 44 years old Subfertile men Clinical varicocele Abnormal semen parameters per WHO 2021 Elevated sperm DNA fragmentation index (DFI > 15%)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous scrotal surgery Hormonal abnormalities Immunocompromised patients Severe oligozospermia
