Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - women aged between 18 to 65 years, - RH+ breast cancer (ER±/PR±), Her2- , - ECOG performance status 0–1; medical clearance for exercise - no known history of chronic respiratory, cardiac, or neuromuscular disease, - who had been diagnosed with non-metastatic (M0) breast cancer. -All had undergone initial surgery, completed chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and were receiving adjuvant hormone therapy (0 to 5 years) (aromatase inhibitor "Letrozole"). - Patients had to be able to participate in a moderate physical activity program, as assessed by a healthcare professional. - They were recruited from among women living in Greater Tunis - Participants also had to be available and committed to following the entire training program planned for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - prior enrollment in a structured exercise program before the start of the study - current smoking - simultaneous participation in alternative or complementary treatments not supervised by the hospital's oncology or rehabilitation services - history or diagnosis of another cancer. - women under the age of 18 and over the age of 65
