Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I-III. fasting period 6 hours to food and 2 hours for clear fluids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Refusal to sign the written informed consent. - Patients suffering from Preoperative cognitive dysfunction, different forms of cardiac arrhythmia, Congestive heart failure. - hemodynamically unstable patients MAP < 60 or patients undergoing emergency ERC.
