Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Willing and able to provide written informed consent (or with substitute consent from caregiver, if lacking capacity to consent but not actively refusing) 2. Aged 18-65 years 3. Those with psychosis / possible psychosis who do not have a known organic explanation (such as epilepsy, malaria or HIV) 4. Living in or near Chiradzulo, Salima and Ntcheu

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Organic psychotic disorder
