Inclusion criteria: Breast lesions detected on screening or diagnostic mammography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Lesions is not visible on mammography (purely clinical or ultrasound detected). 2- Inadequate imaging or incomplete records. 3- Pregnant patients. 4- Known patients of breast malignancy under treatment

Measure	Time frame
Calculate sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of ultrasound. Concordance between imaging modalities and histopathology (if biopsy done).	—
