Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Medical and nursing interns actively enrolled in a clinical internship at Muhimbili National Hospital or Mloganzila Referral Hospital during the study period. •Provided voluntary informed consent after being fully briefed on the study objectives, procedures, and ethical considerations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •With formal HBB training within the six months preceding data collection, to minimize the effect of recent exposure •Unavailable during the scheduled intervention and assessment sessions due to rotation or personal commitments
