Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 0 to 36 months Living in the catchment area for Mubende Regional Referral Hospital Healthy young child with no medical complications High risk diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy Parents must have been counselled about the high-risk diagnosis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with uncontrolled seizures

| Asymmetric cerebral Palsy- only for children with asymmetric cerebral palsy- measures caregiver perception of upper limb function. Tool- Infant Motor Activity Log-IMAL;Change in gross motor function measure. Tool- Gross Motor Function Measure 66;Participation and Environment measure- young childrens participation in the home, daycar/preschool and community activities.
