Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who underwent surgery and have signs of SSI and stopped antibiotic for 48 hours before time of sample.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient taking antibiotic in 48 hours before samples time. Patients with postoperative duration more than 30 days in surgery of skin & subcutaneous tissue, and more than 90 days in surgery of muscles and internal organs without implant.
