Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: individuals planned for elective surgery requiring general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation, exhibiting El-Ganzouri scores of 2, 3, or 4, indicating anticipated difficulty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individuals requiring a surgical airway (e.g., those with significantly obstructive laryngeal lesions such as malignancies) those with laryngeal or cranio-facial injuries El-Ganzouri scores of 0, 1, or 5 and above patients who declined to participate in the study.
