Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 20–65 years Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis according to the 2010 ACR/EULAR classification criteria Disease duration of at least one year On stable medical treatment for a minimum of three months Capable of performing hand exercises independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active systemic infection Severe cardiovascular or neurological conditions Contraindications to aquatic therapy (e.g., open skin wounds, uncontrolled seizure disorders, severe uncontrolled hypertension, active dermatological infections, urinary incontinence, hypersensitivity to chlorine or pool chemicals)
