Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 25–35 years. Good general and oral health. Fully erupted maxillary incisors and canines with no restorations. At least one maxillary anterior tooth with shade A3 or darker. Daily consumption of more than two cups of coffee (heavy coffee users). Able and willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of systemic diseases or oral mucosal disorders. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. Known allergy to any component of the bleaching products. Previous history of any tooth bleaching treatment. Ongoing orthodontic treatment.
