Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full-term, singleton, pregnant females of ASA grade 1, aged between 21and 35 years Scheduled for elective cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI > 30, emergency Cesarean Section, Twins or more, any congenital anomalies of the fetus, Patients have allergy to the study medication, any absolute contraindication for intrathecal anesthesia Pregnancy with diagnosis of chronic hypertension
