Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Women aged 21–40 years. • BMI 18–35 kg/m². • Diagnosed with infertility (>1 year). • Undergoing first or second IVF/ICSI cycle. • Normal uterine anatomy. • PCOS. • Poor ovarian responders (as per Bologna criteria). • Normal responder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Endometriosis grade III/IV. • Severe male factor infertility. • Age less than 21 or more 40. • BMI less than 18 and more than35. • Use of antioxidants or hormonal therapy in last 3 months.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of combined Myo-Inositol and co enzyme Q10 supplementation on oocyte quality in women undergoing ART., oocyte quality,maturation,cleavage and fertilization rate.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
• To assess the impact of the combination on oocyte maturation, on cleavage rate and blastocyst rate. • To assess the impact of the combination on fertilization rate. • To assess the impact of the combination on clinical pregnancy rates. • To assess the impact of the combination on live birth rate.
