Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Women aged 18–50 years old. ii. Women with symptomatic fibroids scheduled for myomectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. History of hypersensitivity to the studied drug. ii. Preoperative anaemia (Hb < 10g/dl) iii. Pretreatment with GnRHa, Depo Provera or OCPs iv. Previous abdominal surgery v. Cervical or low corporeal lateral wall fibroid.14 vi. Chronic Liver Disease vii. Patients with known bleeding disorders viii. Past thromboembolic disorders
