Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult scheduled for lower abdominal surgeries (inguinal herniorrhaphy or appendicectomy ) under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal. ASA more than II BMI > 40. Psychiatric disorders. Coagulopathy . History of hypersensitivity to drugs utilized in the study. Local skin infection at the site of injection
