Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years or more Patient with acute coronary syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known disorders or medications that significantly alter electrolyte balance outside cardiac indications. Pregnancy. End-stage renal disease on dialysis. Patients with chest pain not corresponding to ACS.
