Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults =18 years; 2) Presenting with respiratory symptoms to Sohag university hospitals as chronic cough (>8 weeks), wheeze, or asthma, tightness with or without GERD symptoms. 3) Able to consent and complete questionnaires; 4) No major contraindication to reflux testing or esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Age <18 years. 2) Known other significant gastroesophageal tract (GIT) abnormality. 3) Pregnant
