Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients above 18 years old. 2. Patients with different stages of Chronic kidney disease from stage 3 to 5D. 3. Patient on maintenance hemodialysis more than 6 months. 4. Patients with and without ASCVD (coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral arterial disease and aortic aneurysm).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 18 years old. 2. Patients with severe active infection. 3. Patients with malignancy. 4. Patients with autoimmune diseases. 5. Post renal transplant patients. 6. Patients on immunosuppressant. 7. Severely malnourished patients.
