Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: physical status II according to ASA classification
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients with physical status other than II according to ASA classification. - Pervious caesarean section. - Contraindications to spinal anesthesia (coagulopathy, site infection, severe Aortic stenosis, Increasing ICT, Allergy). - Pre-eclampsia and Eclampsia. - Ischemic heart diseases. - Severe anemia (Hemoglobin is less than 10 g/dl). - Impaired liver or renal function. - Allergy to any of the drug included in this study.
