Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients undergoing laproscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy for benign uterine conditions (Dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB), Small fibroids or Adenomyosis) associated with any degree of uterine prolapse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant uterine, ovarian or cervical tumors 2. large uterine mass above 12 weeks 3. Patients with marked pelvic adhesions or with history of more than two laparotomies 4. Patients with bleeding tendency 5. Body mass index more than 35

MeasureTime frame
To study the effect of McCall colpoplasty after laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy in uterine prolapse patients on vaginal length and degree of vault descent after 6 months of operation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of McCall colpoplasty on sexual function after laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy on uterine prolapse patients.
