Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed Head and neck cancers Newly diagnosed HNC either early ,locally advanced.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • pateints with metastatic HNCS • Patients with a history of other malignancies within the last 5 years (except for adequately treated basal cell or squamous cell skin cancer, or carcinoma in situ of the cervix). • Patients receiving palliative care only. • Patients with known inflammatory bowel disease or other severe autoimmune conditions that might confound immune markers. • Patients currently on immunosuppressants or high-dose corticosteroids (unless tapering off )..
