Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Sex: both male and female. • Age: 8 – 14 years. • Patients suffering from severe bilateral primary hyperhidrosis (PH) after failure of conservative treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients suffering from secondary hyperhidrosis. • Age older than 14 years. • Patients with mild symptoms, who can benefit from conservative management.2 • Recurrent hyperhidrosis. • Refusal of the patient or the parents to the thoracoscopic approach. • Patients with significant chest deformities. • Patients with previous open chest or heart surgery due to expected pleural adhesions.
