Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age 18-60 years. • Both sexes. • BMI = 40 or = 35 with comborbidities (dm type 2, obstructive sleeve apnea) • Documented GERD ( upper endoscopy and clinical symptoms) • Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Presence of endocrinal or psychological disorders. • Barrett’s esophagus or severe esophagitis. • Esophageal motility disorders • Previous gastric/fundoplication surgery • Non-Compliant patients with follow-up
