Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Rheumatoid arthritis patients that their age >18years Based on ACR/EULAR Criteria: 1-joint involvement :(0-5 points)based on number and size of affected joints 2-serology (0-3 points): rheumatoid factor and anti ccp 3-acute phase reactants (0-1point): CRP and ESR 4-duration of symptoms:(0-1point):>6 weeks vs<6weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with 1-Myocardial infarction 2- Malignancy 3-Liver cell failure and liver cirrhosis (affected by albumin nitrogen ratio) 4- Dyslipidemia (that affect on cholesterol level) 5-Haematological disease as leukemia and lymphoma that affect on lymphocyte count 6-Patients refusing to participate in this study
