Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy individuals with no existing medical conditions including diabetes will be enrolled. 2. The subject should be aged between 20 and 50. 3. Participants with normal BIM (18.5 kg/m2 to 24.9 kg/m2) will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with a history of any known metabolic disorder or hepatitis aged between 20 and 50 years. 2. Obese individuals with or without diabetes since they have a problem with glucose metabolism. 3. Subject who cannot tolerate any of the test meals. 4. Persons to whom such work might pose a health risk or stress as a result of a known cardiovascular disease.
