Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male youth soccer players aged 11–16 years - Registered in the Tunisian first-division club - Participating regularly in matches and training sessions - Free from injuries or medical conditions that prevent full participation - Parental or guardian consent obtained for participants under 16 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with current injuries or musculoskeletal disorders preventing full participation - Players with chronic medical conditions affecting physical performance - Players absent from training or matches during the study period - Participants who did not provide parental or guardian consent (for those under 16 years) - Players who were unable to complete all assessments at T0, T1, and T2
