Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Female patients aged 19 to 65 years diagnosed with symptomatic macromastia requiring reduction mammoplasty. • Patients eligible for Superomedial pedicle breast reduction by Wise pattern or vertical technique. • Patients providing informed consent and willing to comply with follow-up visits. • Patients with realistic expectations and no contraindications to surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with previous breast surgery or breast cancer. • Active smokers or patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension). • Patients with coagulation disorders or active infections. • Pregnant or lactating women.
