Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients aged 19–65 years. ASA I–II. Scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to pregabalin or gabapentinoids Renal impairment (eGFR <60 ml/min/1.73 m²). Chronic opioid or pregabalin/gabapentin use. Anticipated difficult airway. ASA III OR IV
