Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: o Histologically confirmed epithelial ovarian cancer o Will be treated with NAC platinum-based chemotherapy o Will receive NAC platinum based chemotherapy o ECOG PS =2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Non-epithelial ovarian tumors o Metastatic cases o Medically inoperable cases o Patients with concurrent infections or autoimmune diseases affecting systemic inflammation o Previous treatment for ovarian cancer (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgery) o Previous treatment with platinum for cancers other than ovarian cancer o Impaired renal function with CrCl<40 ml/min

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of the predictive value of the Gustave Roussy Immune Score (GRIm-score), systemic immune-inflammation index (SII), and prognostic nutritional index (PNI) in identifying platinum resistance and predicting prognosis in epithelial ovarian cancer patients.

Overall Survival (OS) — time from initial diagnosis (or treatment initiation) to death from any cause
