Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age range of 9 - 15 years old 2. Patients with necrotic permanent molar tooth with immature root. (Stage 7 and 8 according to Nolla's Stages of Tooth Development) 3. Patients without known allergic reactions to any of the antibiotics 4. Patients with no systemic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having non-restorable teeth. 2. Teeth where pulp space is needed for post. 3. Teeth with developmental anomalies 4. Teeth with external and internal resorption

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Cleaning ability through bacteriological assessment. 2. Healing of periapical periodontitis through CBCT imaging. 3. Increasing root thickness and length. 4. Regaining tooth sensibility.
