Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Histologically confirmed STS of extremities upper and lower. Localized disease at presentation (AJCC stage ?-?). Underwent curative intent surgery (limb-sparing or amputation). At least 24 months of flow up unless recurrence or death occurred earlier. Availability of complete medical record.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non extremities STS (retroperitoneal – trunk- head and neck). 2. GIST, Kaposi sarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma. 3. Metastatic disease at initial diagnosis. 4. Palliative surgery and incomplete excision without curative intent. 5. Inadequate documentation of recurrence or survival data
