Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Female patients aged 18 to 45 years. - Classified as ASA physical status I or II. - Scheduled for elective diagnostic gynecological laparoscopy. - Willing and able to give informed written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Known allergy or hypersensitivity to local anesthetics or opioids. - Chronic opioid use or history of substance abuse. - Significant hepatic, renal, or cardiovascular dysfunction. - Coagulopathy or bleeding disorders. - Pregnancy or lactation. - Conversion from laparoscopy to laparotomy
