Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Male individuals aged above 18 years old (There is no female inpatient sector in ShubraKas Center for Addiction Treatment). -Opioid only addicted patients admitted to Shubra-Kas Center for Addiction Treatment. -Patient’s willingness to come daily to receive treatment -Patient able to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients with medical, neurological, and/ or other psychiatric comorbidities -Patient with hypersensitivity to methadone
