Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 9 -12 years Enrolled in selected schools in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State With parental or guardian consent Physically present for both pre- and post-intervention assessments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Pupils unwilling to participate or provide consent Pupils absent during pre-intervention assessment or relocated before completion Pupils with severe cognitive or physical impairments Pupils in schools with existing structured WASH programs
