Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients referred for transvenous lead extraction of cardiac implanted electronic devices (CIED) with class I and IIa indications according to the 2017 HRS expert consensus statement on CIED lead management extraction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient requiring surgical extraction

Primary

MeasureTime frame
the safety of TLE procedure among different age groups and different lead dwell time (major and minor complications and in-hospital deaths)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
efficacy in terms of success of the procedure (procedural success and clinical success), procedural parameters (difficulty of the procedure, tools used, procedural and fluoroscopy times)
